Ezi-Burst’s

One hub for all angles and I.G. systems
The Ezi-Burst® muntin system does away entirely
with fixed port positions. It’s based on a track design. Just slide
the muntin clip to any angle you want. Simple. Ezi-Burst® hubs
accommodate from one to six muntin bars and are designed to be used
with a variety of insulating
systems – Super Spacer®, Swiggle®,
and conventional. Unique to the Ezi-Burst® system
is that you can snap different color hub halves together to match two
tone muntin. Just added, a new designed
clip that will connect two hubs together for a full moon. An entirely
new system that saves fabrication time, not to mention cutting down your
parts inventory.
Colors & Sizes
Ezi-Burst® muntin hubs come in standard muntin
colors. There are different thicknesses to fit 3/16” x .625”,
3/16” x
.610”, 3/16” x 13/16”, 1/4” x 5/8”,
5.5mm, and 8mm Euro muntins. Special sizes and custom colors are available.
